I need to believe before I buy

A purchase decision is influenced by a number of factors. One of the most important to me is that I have to believe that the item I’m buying is going to do what it is supposed to do therefore solving my problem.

Recently I have met people who sell so called health and beauty products. They were quite passionate and fairly convincing in their sales effort. But, and it’s a big but, I did not believe their product was that good, never mind it would work. The person selling skin care products looked grey and lifeless and the one selling weight loss supplements was over weight. Like I said, it’s a big butt.

This is obvious. If you want me to believe then show me what you’ve got!
