Doing Nothing

This is certainly a follow up to my previous post.

It’s okay to take some time for yourself. Read, listen to music, go for a walk, workout. It’s okay to sit and do nothing, guilt free. I find it empowering. Then when you’re ready to go and get things done you’re even more productive because you’ve had some me time.
