Kismet, coincidence or probability

Kismet is when you encounter something by chance that seems like it was meant to be.

Coincidence is when two things happen accidentally at the same time.

Probability is when there is a liklihood that something will happen.

We all experience events in our daily lives that sometimes seem weird or strange when they occur. Often, they are hard to understand and explain or even kind of mystical.

Coincidental accidents can happen and probability is based on emperical data or a ratio.

Kismet requires a belief that it even exists. Kismet events are kind of a spiritual moment because when they do happen they seem so implauseable they are kind of ‘out of this world’.  They can stop you in your tracks making you wonder how the hell did that happen or how is that even possible. I choose to accept that events can be signs of things that are just meant to be and these confirmations can be both very inspiring and comforting.

I wonder what comes first? The belief that kismet exists or the event itself? I choose to believe.
