Do you have a big but?

In many ways I think we all do. A big but is nothing more than a weak excuse holding you back from doing things you need or want to do. A big but is procrastination’s jet fuel!

Your big but is in your head. You know the types of buts….I’m too old/young, I’m too fat, I’m too dumb….but I don’t have time, I can’t afford it, I’m too busy,  but what will people think…..and on and on and on.

Start paying attention to when and how many times a day you use the word “but”, it will shock you. Write them down and ask yourself what can you do to reduce the size of your big buts. 

I wonder how much more we could accomplish if we just got off our big butts and started to do what needs to get done? Have a great day and go kick some but!!!!
