A friend told me how she manages to control stressful things in her life.
1. Identify the things that have the potential to cause the most stress.
2. Schedule the tasks that will get rid of that problem into your day or week.
By taking these situations head on, and accepting that it’s just part of the things that need to get done, the stress is under control.
This way of doing things takes effort and strength. A lot of people I know go the other way which is they hope the problem will go away. Scheduling stress seems like a very good suggestion.
