If you were asked by friends who are parents of two young male adults to give some advice to them, what would you choose to say?

This honour was recently given to me and it really made me think about what to say. The primary message I chose to give them was to explain that they are the CEO of their own lives and what those responsibilities are. I thought that the metaphor was a good one because this would enable me to make the conversation about them.

When the time came to meet something good happened. I chose to listen to what they were saying and answer the questions they had for me. No speech, just good old fashioned conversation with eye contact. Yes, it still works!
