An arts reviewer, describing an exhibit of a local photographer, used this word to define the ability of the person behind the camera.
The context is that the photographer sees what others don’t. He notices things that are there for all of us to see but for whatever reason we miss.
I wonder if it would help the rest of us to become better “noticers” if we all carried a camera around with us. It may help us to focus on the beauty of everyday life (pun intended). Capturing what we see in a photo for others to enjoy would not be bad either.
What will you notice today?
