Consuming is what us consumers do.

Unfortunately some businesses think that unless I walk into their retail store to make a purchase I am not a consumer of theirs.

Wrong! I don’t have to buy something to be a consumer. If I go to their website or hear/see one of their ads I am consuming information about them and who they say they are.

It takes time to digest the messages I consume. When I’m ready to eat and I choose to buy please make sure I get what I ordered or this consumer won’t be back. Remember, I’m always welcome at another table.
