Positive passwords

How many times a day do we use different passwords? I suggest it is quite often. We use them to gain access to our office computers that are networked, our many social media sites, secure sites like banks an credit cards to access our accounts, the list goes on and on.

Here is a suggestion to stimulate positive thinking. Instead of the usual alpha numeric password crap why not change them to words that are meaningful and motivational? Some examples: nofear, changeisgood, exercisemore, achievequota, bekind, giveback……you get the idea.

We all know that repetition reinforces thoughts and behaviors. If we regularly used passwords with words or phrases that are meaningful, I wonder how this simple action might help to change our attitudes and actions in a positive way?

Great idea on new password ideas. I hear about to many people using standard easy to hack passwords. Great way to think outside the box.
