Attention law makers. Before some idiot kills himself riding a bike on the streets in our winter climate, enact a law to keep these morons alive.

Because of snow and ice they can’t keep close to the curb so they ride in the middle of a lane. If that is not dangerous enough what if they lose control and fall onto the street as drivers are trying to go around them. How about no reflectors or flashing lights in the dark???
