While meeting with a customer today Fed Ex delivered a package to their office. My client could see it was a book order and was obviously excited to receive it and made a casual comment to the driver that she had done a lot of online shopping for Christmas gifts this year. His reply was “oh….we don’t like people like you….you keep me working till 9 o’clock at night.”

We all just looked at each other and couldn’t believe what we had just heard. I wonder what he would say if there were not enough packages to be delivered and he didn’t have a job. Then he would be an Ex Fed Up employee! News flash to Fed Up…. it’s Christmas and people are buying things that need to be delivered. Get over it.
