Religious Observance

I guess I’m sensitive to this issue because according to modern definition I am in a “mixed” marriage. My wfe is Jewish and I’m not. As Passover approaches, one of the year’s most improtant Jewish celebrations, both of us, due to family commitments, have had to turn down important evening functions and business meetings, as these dates conflict with Passover. I asked my wife if this is common. Her answer? She has not seen anything change all her life. I wonder how much squawking there would be if a non-Christian group called a meeting on Good Friday? The world is getting smaller and closer. I suggest we change it up a bit and check other’s calendars more often. Respectfully Yours…..
