Customer Value Defined

This company clearly gets it. Their thinking behind offering a full refund says it all.

“We sell the PC version of World of Goo on our website directly, and any time we get an email from someone who was not pleased with their purchase, we offer them a refund,” states 2-D Boy in the post. “We’d much rather have a happy non-customer than an unhappy customer.” (Taken from a Globe and Mail online article, February 10/11)

If any business is looking for a partial answer on how to create a long term business, this is one of the best attitudes to adopt I’ve seen.
