Is this supposed to mean something of value to a customer. What happened to the old management? Are the new ones any better? Do the old owners allow the new managers to make changes? If so, then what are they. Or are they serving up the same old fare in the same old grungy space. If we have to wonder what it means then don’t say anything. Just let the new managers excel and the message will get out on its own.
