I couldn’t believe it when I saw it. A homeowner in River Heights where the average lot size is 40 x 100, with a good size house on it, using a riding lawn mower to cut his grass. It was half as big as one side of his lawn. I wished I had my video camera to catch him turning around. Too funny…. and somewhat sad.
